Founded by Celeste Warren, her daughter, Christina and son Steven, Destination STEM is a nonprofit organization created to provide resources to students of color and students in need pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) related fields. Our desire is to help students of color and those in need see the possibilities that exist by exposing them to opportunities to learn about STEM related fields. We provide awareness and education programs as well as other resources to students pursuing STEM degrees

Serves as Merck's Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer

In this dual role, she has responsibility for the strategic and operational Human Resources support of Merck's global Manufacturing Division. which operates worldwide, with ~17,000 employees working to form an integrated, interdependent network to supply Merck products to customers in 140 countries. As the leader for Merck’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Center of Excellence, she is responsible for working with Merck’s global leaders to advance and embed diversity management as a strategic approach to maximize business performance and create a competitive advantage.

Effective December 2011, Human Resources leader for Merck's Manufacturing Division and responsible for developing and implementing Merck's Global Labor Relations and US Employee Relations strategies to enable maximum business performance.

Responsible for setting global HR strategy in support of Merck's Vaccine Research, Vaccine and Sterile Manufacturing and Vaccine Commercial organizations. Serve as a member of the Research, Manufacturing and Commercial Vaccine Executive teams and accountable for ensuring successful growth of Merck's vaccine business through effective People strategies. Provide direction to HR teams in vaccine research sites in US and the Netherlands, vaccine manufacturing sites in the US, France and Ireland as well as vaccine commercial teams across the globe.
