* ● Assist commercial services team leader in all operations of commercial services for bay Area and Sacramento area. * ● Set up service and repair jobs as well as maintain the maintenance hours for SAO customers * ● Issue and process purchase orders to vendors as well as technicians to purchase materials for their jobs. * ● Project manage jobs (coordinate technician hours, order parts, and track job profitability) * ● Process and track parts orders for California and neighboring states

* Assist Project Managers * Purchasing backup * Process: * o Subcontracts * o Subcontract change orders * o Equipment Purchase Agreements * o EPA Adjustments * o Purchase orders * File, save, track: * o RFI’s, * o RFC’s, * o ASI’s, * o CO’s, (FMB & GC) * o IB’s, * o PCO’s * o EPA/WO/SUB Logs o Foreman daily reports * o Inspection Reports * Maintain submittals and submittal logs * Track/Submit substitution requests * Upload all submittals and drawings to FTP sites for GC’s * Share file notifications * GoTo Meetings, take notes and act as the “organizer” for the meetings * Track drawings to and from GC’s & Seismic Contractors * Front ends for new jobs * Maintain job site photos * Operation and Maintenance Manuals * Cost and No Cost Letters * Project/Equipment Warranties * Create Project Schedules * Cobie documentation * Project Report Binders * Job Binders and Specifications for office, field and detailing * Misc. items for Estimating * Emergency Manuals for close out
