As CHRO, I am a trusted advisor to the firm. I oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. I lead a dedicated HR team to enhance employee engagement, professional development and optimize talent acquisition strategies. I develop and implement HR policies that foster a positive workplace culture and are in compliance with all of our jurisdictions.

I work with individuals and companies to provide HR consultation on a variety of topics including new business ventures, business development, leadership development, career transitions and employment matters. I provide personal coaching and career guidance to support clients in achieving their professional goals and to navigate complex HR challenges.

Collaborate closely with new and prospective lateral partners to guide them through the hiring, onboarding and integration process to ensure successful integration. Work closely with practice group heads, US Management and incoming lateral partners and their teams over the first 18 months, providing a comprehensive individualized integration plan and coaching to ensure meaningful integration and engagement. Developed and implemented a new approach for the integration and engagement of US Laterals.

Oversaw all HR operations and functions, including strategy, policy, DEI, culture and engagement. Led a team of 20 in the US and collaborated with counterparts around the world on global firm initiatives. Responsibilities included the oversight of recruitment, on-boarding, professional development, training, DEI, promotion, leadership, employee relations, employment, workplace policies, wellness, compensation, reward, benefits, culture and engagement. Acted as a trusted advisor to the business leaders of the firm, member of the US Executive Committee, US Personnel Committee & US Diversity Committee.

Oversaw all HR Operations for a 300+ employee firm across two locations in NYC & LA. Responsibilities included hiring, employee relations, professional development, payroll, benefits, compensation, workplace policy and change management. Developed and implemented employee handbook, revised and improved firm retirement plan as well as record-keeping systems, developed and implemented new HRIS system, implemented new programs for women and introduced new wellness programs for partners and employees. Worked closely with firm management throughout the merger process with Hogan & Hartson, LLP.
