My APAC* regional experience in the construction of hyperscale data centres, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, petrochemical plant facilities over the past 20 years working with AWS, Shell, Exxon Mobil, Novartis, GSK, Schering Plough, Pfizer, MSD includes the following work scope:~ 1) contracts claims, contract risk analysis & management. 2) market intelligence region’s studies, contracting and procurement strategies management, sourcing, procurement of construction professionals & general contractors & it’s post contract administration (incl. pre-qualification of contractors and supply vendors, drafting contract conditions & tender documents, review compliance of insurances & warranties submission,contract plans and procedures, drafting work instructions, change orders, payments, general and contractual correspondences, management of contractual termination, arbitration, assessment of time extension/work accelerations, loss and expense claims, etc.. till the final closure of contract and accounts) 3) cost control and management, WBS codes allocations, Cost Forecast and Estimate To Complete, prepare project control (cost) plan, procedures, workflow & work templates. 4) draft, review and update various type of contract conditions (e.g. construction, supply/purchase terms & conditions, services contracts & maintenance term contracts) 5) site departmental set up, management, project staffing & resource planning. 6) preparation and estimation of Cost Plan, Cost Reports, Contract Reports. Mainly for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) stage projects of petroleum, petrochemicals, bio-diesels, power plant, gas processing, pharmaceuticals, solar energy and civil infrastructure engineering industries. Experienced in management of local Singapore and overseas projects. Previously assume dual designation as Project Contracts Manager and Project Services Manager.
