* The NCCR Robotics is a nation-wide center consisting of 25 research groups and across Switzerland with the common objective of developing new, human-oriented robotic and neuroprosthetic technology (http://www.nccr-robotics.ch/). * Team supervision: * Supervision of a pluridisciplinary team (6 agents: administration, finances, communication, event organization, technology transfer, education). * Administration and finances: * Supervision of budget use and finances with officer assistance. * Drafting and finalization of activity reports for internal and external monitoring bodies. * Working group management and coordination (25 groups, comprising > 80 people): * Develop an annual work-plan in collaboration with the working groups. * Manage and facilitate the completion of working group activities. * Working group communication and promotion: * Organization of scientific and management events, and annual review activities. * Promotion and implementation of programmes in education and communication. * Communication between NCCR, EPFL relevant offices and SNF funding body.

* Exploration of new developments in Open Access (OA), Open Data, Open Science, scientific publication management and bibliometrics. * OA advocate at FBM. * Assist researchers for data management, OA, self-archiving and copyright issues, in their search for scientific literature (systematic reviews) and for bibliometrics assessment. * Project manager of the FBM library.
