* Sets up, operates, maintains and performs basic trouble shooting of accelerated environmental test systems in a semiconductor company’s reliability laboratory in accordance with applicable operating procedures. * Helps reliability engineer in assessment of new product designs and improvement of packages that affect reliability * Repairs and maintains Burn In boards and HAST boards * Controls, maintains and updates the reliability databases to ensure data are accurate and delivered within schedule * Complies with all reliability operating procedures and systems * Supports and implements Environmental Management System and Quality Management standards with respects to job * Provides electrical set up for testing of reliability lots * Documents reliability test failures, prints out data logs, and performs test failure initial verification * Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Reliability Engineer
