Project of Residential Buildings at Nunavut, Eastern Ontario Campus at Ashton, and Place du Portage lll at Gatineau. • Read and interpret engineered drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications as per Canadian standards. • First, I did the take-off quantities of buildings which included Walls, Doors, Windows, Structural Steel, Concrete, Millwork, Cladding, Finishes (Ceilings, Wall, Floor), Specialties etc. • Invite subtrades on SmartBid, Calling and interacting with subtrades and prepare scope lists of each division for pricing of subtrades. • Review bids and provide recommendations and put all quantities and price of items in Detailed Budget which are allowable for the project with detail orientation and completed within deadlines. • Prepare tender documents, bid requests and quotes for a submission of the project.

•Project of Residential bungalows and commercial shops, supervised 200 commercial shops project on all aspects such as drawing, Operational planning, scheduling, construction, estimation, quality control & assurance of materials and determine quantity take-offs as well. • Assisted Project manager in the preparation of project scheduling, maintained drawing plans and request for information during construction. Prepared daily and monthly construction reports. • Monitored all field operation work and updated software. Prepared project reports for issued materials, finished work and material utilization. Proposed alternative solutions regarding the problems that arise during construction. • Acted as an intermediary with the design team and contractors to expedite drawings and related information.
