Maintaining editorial quality control of the output with due regard to BBC editorial guidelines and the aims of the programme and make sure it is timely delivered/broadcast. Also help guide our partners and oversee the training of our community journalists and ensure they have the editorial and technical skills to report on the constitutional building process and governance in Nepal. Conducting interviews with political leaders, analysts and others on current politics and making reports based on politics, governance, foreign and social affairs etc for daily news bulletin of BBC Language Service (Nepali)

Reporting, researching and writing news, features, analysis and opinion articles for newspaper and website. A political reporter covering news from across the country on politics, human rights and development which included breaking news, national issues with local implications and ongoing stories.

Making radio programmes on good governance, peace building and women, human rights issues, writing scripts, travelling to collect voices and to take interviews, making creative reports and features for the programme. Co-ordinating with 3 dozens of reporters of the programme in and outside the Katmandu valley and training them to be a strong and motivated journalist
