• Owned core product infrastructure for an AI-native municipal planning platform, powering development review, roadway safety audits, corridor studies, and economic development workflows. • Built retrieval systems that formed the assistant’s knowledge layer, turning planning documents, project materials, and spatial datasets into searchable context for AI-driven analysis. • Developed infrastructure for long-running agentic workflows, including background chat execution, durable task processing, and scheduled automation for recurring data collection jobs.

• Designed and built a Notice of Admission (NOA) submission system that replaced manual, error-prone processes, significantly reducing submission time and preventing financial penalties of up to $15,000 per submission. • Identified a critical bottleneck in scaling the team’s integration platform. Initiated and developed an LLM-powered web agent to reduce manual maintenance of existing integrations and scale across new payor portals. • Developed core components from scratch, including a complete Fax integration, for Notable's no-code Flow Builder platform, which allows healthcare organizations to build their own automation workflows. Led end-to-end implementation of one of five inaugural workflows to launch the platform. This platform was critical to the future direction of the company. • Contributed full-stack features to the prior authorizations platform and supported growth from 2 to 8+ healthcare organizations. Specialized in React for frontend and Python + Typescript for backend.

• Integrated with electronic health record systems to build automation workflows via API and Robotic Pro-cess Automation (RPA) using Python and Node.js. • Led customer go-lives of our patient intake system—essential for customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment —and served as the primary engineer for post-launch issue remediation.

• Spent 6 weeks in Meta’s new hire engineering bootcamp program. Affected by Meta’s 11,000 person RIF.

• Created a usage-based billing system using Java, AWS, Elasticsearch, and Shopify. Integrated system into the production backend. System provides tier-based pricing, self-serve purchasing, usage tracking, and customer notifications. • Developed an Angular-based dashboard for customers to manage capacity usage and purchase usage plans. • Architected and coded an automated reporting system to provide customers with frequent analytics via email, improving customer satisfaction. Built using Java, AWS Lambda, and Keen. • Deployed code to production via CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborated with the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles to develop a machine learning model to improve treatment of Retinoblastoma patients using Python and Tensorflow.

• Led the development of a new SAAS application for federated fraud detection, opening a new market segment for the company. Designed a novel architecture using Python, Numpy, and Tensorflow. Managed a two-person development team. Pitched the product to Fortune 500 companies. • Built a customer dashboard to monitor real-time fraud attacks using React and D3.js. • Cut memory consumption of the company’s content recommendation server through SQL database optimization.

• Developed a natural language pipeline, Markerville, which queries cancer literature and extracts relational cancer data into a web visualization. Used Snorkel for entity extraction and unsupervised training set generation and Keras for neural network training. • Designed and built models using DeepDive, Snorkel Open Source, Stanford CoreNLP, and Keras.

• Developed a computer vision based machine learning model for personalized treatment of prostate cancer patients using PostgresSQL, OpenCV, and Scikit-learn.

• Focused on understanding the natural laws governing genetic changes within a population and the mathematical models that help test hypotheses about the forces causing these changes. • Learned the computer programming skills that allowed me to perform analyses of real genomic data. Used R, the open source statistical programming environment. • Visited several Stanford research labs in the fields of genetics, evolution and medicine; including Dr. Dmitri Petrov, Dr. Susan McConnell, Dr. Carlos Bustamonte, Dr. Hunter Fraser, Dr. PJ Utz, and the Stanford PAN (protein and nucleic acid) facility. • Performed a group project studying Huntington’s disease.
