As a Manager, I am responsible for overseeing MWD, LWD, and DD personnel operations. My duties include recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of field engineers. I coordinate tool readiness by ensuring MWD/LWD equipment is checked, maintained, and prepared for deployment. I also manage scheduling, support operational planning, and maintain clear communication between teams to ensure field efficiency and timely issue resolution.

M&LWD operation in Azerbaijan sector of Caspian Sea; 24/7 operation support Running measurement and logging tools: Directional tool; Gamma and Wave Propagation Resistivity tool; Pressure (Annular & StandPipe) while drilling tool. Provides on-site supervision of the Measurement and Logging While Drilling process, including tool preparations, data acquisition, log generation and Quality Control (QC). Ensures that all data presented to the customer is accurate, timely and meets the highest service quality standard possible. Ensures that expected and needed data and possible problems are provided to the customer. Provides technical consultation to all of clients. Properly tests all tools and equipment before, during and after each job. Accurately completes all required forms, databases and reports.To be proficient in the use of MWD software and be able to provide advice and analysis to the client representative at the well site. This include correctly decoding downhole data, survey calculations, log generation, data quality control (QC). Ensures a daily MWD report is completed and copied to client's onsite and offsite drilling teams and to the MWD coordinator.
