Strategic sourcing for the product category of electrical/electronic components, used for the manufacture of industrial UPSs.

I deal with suppliers strictly connected to the production flow: mainly with regard to machining and heat treatments, dedicated Toolings purchase, Process Maintenance and Services. At the same time, I interact with the plant in Romania and the Additive Manufacturing company in Ticino, which are part of our Business Unit, to manage the purchasing phase and develop synergies.

I was basically involved in Electric / Electronic Components Purchasing Department, in the Supply Chain Area. I was responsible of making agreements with old/new suppliers, scouting of new suppliers and developing market along with business analysis. I dealt also with Goods Origin and Customs Tariff management, in particular the Preferential Origin of goods in observance of customs exporting rules based on the international free trade agreements. SCM Area (Supply Chain Management).

I trained in all the Supply Chain area, improving my skills in Manufacturing, Planning, Logistic, Purchases, Costs management, by means of the Mikron Training Team path for newly graduated students.

Thesis topic: "Functional parameters analysis of the liquid Argon dark matter detector working in double-phase mode WArP-100 l", which was partly carried out in the Gran Sasso National Laboratories. This thesis work was developed during more than one year of laboratory activity in Subnuclear Physics sector.

Thesis topic: "A Fusion Plasma: general considerations on Magnetic Confinement".
