RESPOSIBILITIES Manages all Front Desk, Villa Host (Butler) and Night Front Desk. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and supervision of these areas. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization‚ policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training colleagues, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance with the FOM/RDM, rewarding and addressing performance/conduct issues with FOM/RDM and resolving problems.

* BASIC FUNCTION * To be professional at all times, well-groomed, discreet, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard-working, proficient and sincere. * Demonstrate a unique ability to work in a quietly confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests with the highest possible standard of Host service. * Provide and coordinate all aspects of personalized care to all guests during their stay, assisting in ALL areas of the resort by seeking continual improvement of skills through training and practice. He or she will also be required to undertake and be familiar with the co-ordination of jobs according to policies and standards within the following areas; * a. Front Office * b. Food and Beverage (in the restaurant, personal bar or In Villa Dining Service) * c. Housekeeping
