Responsible for designing, implementing, continuously improving and measuring the impact of the firm’s leadership development strategy, service offerings, and programs in line with current and future business imperatives and the firm’s broader talent strategy. Managed the entire suite of leadership development offerings, including executive and leadership development, coaching and leadership assessments. Provided innovative learning solutions, thought leadership, and best practices that take offerings to the next level in support of a diverse, global business. Led a team of professionals that provided deep leadership development expertise, content, project, and program management and stakeholder engagement for all areas of responsibility, including budget oversight and vendor management. Led the integration with strategic programs and services, including talent and performance management, talent analytics, diversity and inclusion, human resources, recruiting, and resource management centers of excellence. Facilitated the development of a firm wide leadership philosophy that sets the expectations and guiding principles for all leaders in the firm. Led the team that developed a leading-edge performance management framework for the firm’s senior associate and principal corps, utilizing a comprehensive data collection methodology that included surveys, focus groups and a time-and-motion study.

As the Senior Manager for Operations in the Center for Presidential Transition, was responsible for the business operations for a first-of-its-kind initiative by the Partnership to fundamentally change how the federal government transitions power from one president's administration to his or her successor. The Center works to assist the presidential candidates in navigating the transition process, promote presidential transition reforms, improve federal agency preparedness through the transition process, develop management recommendations for the next administration, and prepare political appointees to lead effectively.

Within the Partnership's Center for Government Leadership, led business development for the organization's leadership, innovation and executive coaching work. Worked with both political and career executives delivering one-on-one, group and team coaching to help them solve leadership issues around culture change, employee engagement, transitioning to the next level of leadership and achieving work-life satisfaction. Consulted with leadership teams to improve their effectiveness around communication, accountability and internal work processes. Designed and delivered highly-rated leadership and coaching programs, instructing federal employees on how to be effective leaders and managers, as well as how to lead innovation in government.

Directed the business activities of Kinship Center’s Education Institute. Developed programs to support the growth and development for more than 1100 employees, managing a budget of nearly $1M. Disseminated the unique expertise of organization experts through sales of training and educational products to more than 5,000 foster and adoptive families and the professionals annually. Developed protocol and negotiates contracts for consultation and presentations for nationally recognized experts. Evaluated the marketing and distribution of educational products and delivery of professional services by trainers and staff. Produced educational videos and media for sale and distribution to educators.

Developed and administered leadership and management training to over 600 salaried employees. Designed communication strategies for HR policies, employee benefits and safety/risk management programs. Completed organizational development studies for management and evaluated external training and learning opportunities for quality, ROI and impact on succession planning.

Supported the United States Northern Command through on-site and remote military and government support of Homeland Defense programs. Coordinated program and policy development with all US military branches and Canadian Air Force. Recommended organizational process improvements. Developed command critical training programs to educate personnel to successfully manage new and existing federal programs. Updated and delivered training semi-annually to over 100 personnel, ensuring adequate Homeland Defense program funding. Conducted multiple performance-based process improvement studies, examining day-to day organizational effectiveness of the directorate. Analyzed Department of Defense policy to update training materials and facilitator guides to reflect daily Air Force budget and program changes to provide real-time data to course participants.
