I'm a member of the Change Maker Group, a collaborative of change specialists. We are a not-for-profit organisation and our mission is to create one million change makers. We do this by helping organisations to grow and develop their own change makers, at all levels in their organisations. We're a group of very experienced change experts who share the same ethos, values and dedicated passion for enabling organisations and individuals to succeed. By creating change makers within organisations with the right mindsets, motivations and skills, we help to build change capability and resilience to ensure that change is sustainable. We offer development for individuals, change making teams, change leaders, transformation programme and project managers and just about everything in between for making change happen.
