My role as a Systems Support Analyst over the last 14 years, has given me invaluable experience and skills. Working in a busy IT department within a large global company, I am involved in supporting all aspects of a PC/Server based network in an Active Directory environment. I have excellent communication skills and am highly competent analyzing problems and trouble-shooting effectively within critical time frames.
