I have over sixteen years of higher education experience, with expertise in adult learning theory and human development, educational technology, retention, student demographics and urban diversity/inclusion, and workforce development. My experience as an adult educator is situated around working with students in student support programs within higher education. My comprehensive knowledge includes best practices in academic advising, financial aid processes, and college retention programs. Also, my experience as an instructor, academic advising, and as a program director in a career and technical education tutoring program is vast.
