Connect A Coach is a free coaching service for Ireland’s frontline and emergency services staff. It is not a counselling/therapy service, but a still space for clients to ‘exhale’, de-stress, and feel more resourced. Connect a Coach was founded by Ailbhe Harrington, a Master Certified Coach and Coach Trainer and Karen Hayes an Associate Certified Coach, facilitator. Responsible for development of the Human Resource Strategy and Organisational Development across the Fitzer's Catering Group. Develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures appropriate to the hospitality sector Develop the capability of the organisation to meet the challenges of rapidly changing operating environment. Working with Company Directors on overall business & people development plans.

Venues include: The Convention Centre Dublin, The Curragh and Leopardstown Race Course, Croke Park Stadium, Titanic Belfast, Slane Castle and various OPW - 1000+employees - Responsible for overall company HR strategy for all venues and concession food outlets within all venues. - Devise and roll out various recruitment campaigns for all venues. - Responsibility of mobilisation of staff for opening new venues. - Responsibility for Group Training Needs Analysis for all venues. - Development of company policies and procedures. - Development of internal company manuals and SOPs - Employment compliance in accordance with NERA and other relevant employment legislation. - Employee safety & welfare in the workplace. - Assists and advises the Senior Executive Team on HR issues. - Liaison with senior team on company\key venue structures - Represent the company at third party hearings. - Performance management and reward management for all staff - Development of competency interview frameworks. - Responsibility for compliance audits for OPW, NERA and DEL - Liaison with all NI authorities, equality commission, DEL etc. - Manage all employment grants\training subsidies --Responsibility for staff communications. - Human Resources reporting directly to Company Directors
