Shifted from an operations focused Asst Store Manager position to a Project/Research Manager position. I was responsible for various projects linking together supply chain and store operations including the 4 store pilot. By guiding, supporting and assisting the Supply Chain team, we were able to foster an environment in which HO and the stores are able to operate as a more cohesive unit to provide high levels of service and associates that are motivated to deliver top performance. As 24/7 Co-ordinator helped rollout CIFP in it’s infancy stages to 2 “pilot” stores within the Region. Innovated and developed an inventory overhead location process which in turn was adopted throughout the district by locating freight on top steel on a centralized board. Motivated and supported the different store teams to successfully adapt to new backroom systems. Ensured 24/7 process was executed and compliance to program was driven within my district as well as providing training for all associates involved with the process. Routinely visited all stores within the district to provide support and information on program and train the proper process for freight flow from back door to shelf

Introduced to the company in a Assistant Store Manager role, I was responsible for day to day store operations including the recruitment, training and management of 300+ associates storewide. Specializing in backroom operations the past 3 years in stores, I worked with freight, inventory management and receiving associates. Through my leadership, we were able to receive quick and accurate orders to help stay in stock and nurtured a team environment that was safe and productive, to assist the store maintain ‘grand opening ready’ state for our customers to enjoy. Have effectively run all areas throughout the store during my career which involved driving sales/profit, wage control and seasonal planning. As my time as an AM I was responsible for delivering customer satisfaction through productivity, on shelf availability, PI integrity and modular execution.

Responsible for coordinating prescription drug order from Canada to USA, doctors office bulk orders as well as individual patients. Focus on necessary paperwork for customs and follow-up on timely deliveries.
