Worked with multiple World Bank teams on ongoing projects focused on youth development interventions, with the aim of writing and/or improving programs by providing psychology- and education-based research consultations. Contributions included: - Conducting literature reviews - Co-writing pilot intervention programs and evaluation materials - Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform later stages of project development - Facilitating focus groups and training sessions of programs - Coordinating with story writers, graphic designers, content managers, and technology firms throughout program development Project affiliations: - Work readiness intervention (South Africa, October 2020 - November 2021) - Classroom management intervention (Jordan, June 2019 - May 2021)- included travel during in-country mission to aid in development of the program - Early education and health support intervention (Iraq, September 2018 - November 2021) - Work and career efficacy intervention (Bangladesh, December 2019 - June 2020)

• Coordinated scope of work and responsibilities of the Global Mindset paper series – including scholars and researchers, practitioners, and scientific reviewers. • Scheduled and hosted virtual meetings and communicate between paper teams and practitioners and scientific reviewers. • Prepared and delivered updates for project funders. • Contributed to individual paper writing efforts, including conducting literature reviews, drafting papers, and aggregating and incorporating feedback from reviewers for future paper revisions.

M.S. in Child Development, UC Davis Department of Human Ecology Worked as a student researcher and teaching assistant within the department, supporting ongoing research and developing independent research projects.

Under guidance of UCD faculty within the Department of Human Ecology, manage projects for the SELF and pCHiLD labs. Current projects include: -Developing and administering interventions aimed to measure and increase pre-adolescents' and adolescents' growth mindsets in relation to academic achievement and health behaviors -Administrative support for an intervention aimed to measure and improve social belonging among the adolescent and young adult demographic -Working with the World Bank Group to develop and improve curriculum to increase positive mindset and motivation among students in Indonesia Previous projects: -Task manager of a survey-based project that looked at the impacts of pre-adolescents' food availability in home and school -Managed the development of a pilot study aimed to measure growth mindset in pre-adolescents in relation to health behaviors, including correspondence with the UC Davis IRB and nearby school districts, writing and editing of study protocol and all accompanying documents, direct communication with participating schools' teachers and principals, and management of material development

Provided administrative support and managed aspects of UC Davis Parents to Peers research study within UCD Department of Human Ecology. -Performed and oversaw data collection from 200+ middle school students -Cleaned and entered data, managed confidential records of each study participant -Performed quality assurance checks of previously entered data using MS Excel and fixed clerical issues as needed -Towards the end of appointment, managed ~10 undergraduate research assistants. Assisted CEO and financial coordinator within nonprofit health research organization through the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Performed outreach tasks via phone, email, and in-person; worked closely with contact information and financial data in spreadsheets and databases; wrote and published news in the form of journal articles to informational website; assisted in preparing and carrying out board meetings and formal gatherings.
