I am a Senior Warehouse Supervisor who manages a 710,000 square feet warehouse. My responsibilities and routine works include : 1.Take responsibilities for AMR warehouse and traditional warehouse daily operation . 2.Controllng and watching the warehouse’s outbound ,inbound ,and storage. 3.Supervising and leading warehouse team to finish daly orders on time 4.make and improve sop s for new and current works 5.Keep warehouse equipment well maintained including forklifts,order picker etc. 6.Communicate wit third-pary companies to coordinate LTL and TL transportation if nessary. 7.Maintain a safe,clean ,and efficient working environment . 8.Control and supervise different project , 9.Distribute resources when it is necessary 10.Check and verify employee time sheet. 11.Arrnage the truck to transport goods for multi warehouse . 12.Control warehouse operation quality and human effciency data analysis .
