Participated in City wide museum mentorship programme with Indigenous and non Indigenous youth at Museums across the GTA, under the aegis of the InPrint Collective. We taught youth how to work with print media and relief printing, based on their experiences learning the Indigenous history of the area by attending tours with First Story. Supported by the OAC.

I have freelanced in the Toronto Area for over thirty years and have taught art in an institutional setting with boys in conflict with the law, where I implemented an Art Therapy Programme. Have extensive design experience which includes event preparation, set design, installation and coordination. Have extensive experience creating gallery spaces in non gallery settings have initiated community events and handled press as well as all accompanying tasks.

Wrote local artist's profiles in a column I created called Sine Qua Non.

I run a studio located in Cabbagetown, Toronto, from which I write, do digital and fine art for exhibition, produce graphic design for clients, paint, draw, teach and compose music. I am the sole proprietor of Catherine Tammaro ART Design and am always open to looking at proposals for new projects, new exhibits and events. Having been in the art scene in Toronto for many years, I have a breadth of understanding of creative trends, and historical currents.
