• Assisted managers in performing job analysis to determine necessary qualifications and essential competencies to determine best candidates. • Prepared internal and external competitive announcements, Qualification Information Statements, supplemental forms, and other public notice materials. • Developed computerized scannable questionnaires used to evaluate and assign ratings to applicant's qualifications for a variety of highly technical, complex professional, scientific, and administrative positions. • Provided technical assistance and training workshops to Federal agencies, colleges and universities, and the general public in matters relating to staffing, recruitment, examining, AA/EEO, diversity, and other related personnel procedures and regulations orally and in writing. • Conducted Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” training to offices across the country. .
