Dragone joined with the Wanda Dalian Group to create world-class and multi-million dollar stage shows in China. Having held responsibility for the planning and set up of the WFOE, as General Manager of the Chinese entity I was a principle liaison between the Partner, Production Management and the Dragone Corporate Services while holding governance in the areas of HR, Legal and Finance. As the Senior manager on the ground in China, day to day business activities and relationship management fell under my direction. With more than 100 staff both local and expat staff on the ground in China per show, my job required me to draw on high degrees of adaptability, creativity, initiative, and intelligence. Prior to the company being fully functional, I was based in Belgium where I managed all aspects of Finance and Accounting, Legal and Contracts, Human Resources, Travel, Accommodation, Logistics, and Facilities for the first show.

Whilst working for AEG Themestar I managed the finances and personnel of multiple tours concurrently, throughout the world. I oversaw tour business operations both nationally and internationally including, but not limited to, matters relating to venue settlements, H&S, Company Policies, sales and marketing, and venue, employee and contractor agreements. 

* As Deputy Producer I closely managed the budgets and controls for three major productions, all of which were highly profitable shows.I Initiated relationships with business partners to the point of contract, and then maintained this relationship on an on‐going basis. * Oversaw strategic staff development and staffing structures, dealing skilfully with * varying levels of staff and associates and working with line managers to monitor * performance and appraise staff. * Ensured all Head of Departments complied with H & S requirements and company * policies, and oversaw the company’s licensing and planning compliance. * Oversaw the company’s education initiatives in local schools and colleges. * Oversaw the preparation of detailed funding applications to private and public * organisations.

* I established and expanded FDS over a period of two years, building my student base * to over 300, employing 7 staff and creating two FDS franchises in the Sydney area. * I identified and exploited new business opportunities, including working with primary * and high schools to fulfil their national curriculum requirements relating to the performing arts. * I managed the creative direction of the company, establishing a unique and identifiable brand name within New South Wales. * At the point of sale of the company, I had developed the business model into one that could be franchised.

* Contributed significantly to the brand identity through my choreography, by producing * the official website and by overseeing the fan club and merchandise design and * approval. * Governance over the cast schedule, production & tour commitments. * Budgeting and coordination of media responsibilities in order to organise the * fulfilment of commitments to licensees. * Responsibility for publicity and marketing initiatives. * Assistant Director responsible for maintaining touring show integrity.
