Limerick City Build (LCB) is a social enterprise initiative formed to create employment pathways for economically marginalised and socially excluded people in Limerick City. Seeking to make a positive impact on the quality of life of the long-term unemployed, In particular those who are most distant from the labour market. Limerick City Build works with a multidisciplinary model of client centered care, offering a combination of personal supports for learners, a highly developed outreach strategy, the provision of both fetac accredited and unaccredited learning opportunities and responsiveness to emerging employment opportunities within the local area. Bringing disenfranchised young people from the regeneration areas of Limerick closer to the labour market through a programme that is considerate of context and family patterns and gives equal emphasis to the complex dynamics that prevent young people from aspiring further with their lives.

Electric Boutique is an original Vintage Boutique in the heart of Limerick which specialises in adventurous fashion pieces which spanned the decades. Owner and manager of a Vintage Boutique. Curating Vintage Styles, Designing, Styling, Sourcing, Buying, Stocktaking, Merchandising, Interviewing, Training, Accounting, Customer caring, Promoting, Marketting, Communicating, Loving.

Draw Out is an Urban Regeneration Initiative that uses the most contemporary examples of Urban Art to reimagine space. Creative direction, Developing Concepts, Strategy and artistic vision of the company. Managing production team and other staff, recruitment and training. Working with city officials and funders, reporting and evaluating projects. Curating programme, site selection, devloping conceptual framework and education strand. Overseeing brand devlopment, writting press releases, interviews and presentastions to media and local forums.

Working with vulnerable children and adults, aged 7 to 25years as well as parent groups and family groups inclusive. Designing and developing programmes that support development of young people with additional needs, increase protective factors and develop resilience and coping skills. Lead facilitator for Strengthening Families Programme, Lead facilitator for Caring Dads programme, working with men who have perpetrated violence against their partners or children, supporting them to examine their own trauma and childhood abuse, look at child centered principals of parenting and work with the resistance.
