I work alongside our Site Supervisor's to assist in coordinating and supervising the company's construction projects for the Northern NSW and Byron Bay region . Negotiating with building owners, insurance companies and subcontractors involved in the projects, ensuring the timely completion Help review cost estimates, budgets and assessment reports.. Report on work progress and variation matters to clients. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Liaising with Insurance Companies, Contractors, Suppliers and Insured's to ensure a smooth repair process for all parties involved. Exceeding KPI's and building strong client relationships while providing outstanding customer service.

As a Claims Coordinator for Bay Building Services, my main duties include organising Estimators and Supervisors for onsite jobs, preparing contracts, submitting tenders and liaising with all parties involved (including Insurers, Councils, Contractors etc). I also handle all phone queries and administrative tasks for the office.

Maintaining and building relationships with our clients. Main point of contact for our clients regarding Heavy Motor claims we may be handling. Monitoring performance of Adjusters and Claim Technicians in regards to all our Heavy Motor files, and ensuring KPI's are being met and potentially exceeded.

I started at FMG as an Insurance Consultant. Liaising with current/new clients to ensure their policies are up to date. Contacting clients at renewal. Building relationships with our clients and maintaining retention. Exceeding KPI targets. I then moved into a Claims Officer role where I managed my own portfolio of all types of claims including motor, liability, general/contents/home, livestock, farm property/buildings and commercial for the Hawkes Bay/Hastings region in New Zealand.
