* Joined finance and accounting department of this fast growing start-up with responsibility for systems projects and implementations. * Headed project team for company-wide financial system conversion (CODA to SAP). Managed a team of 24 including 5 outside consultants from package selection through implementation. * Developed and conducted end-user training in accounting and purchasing for the roll out of SAP. * Led supply chain reengineering including reduced cycle times and introduction of procurement card.

* Full financial responsibility for $25 million farm equipment manufacturer including: banking relationships, benefits administration, cash and investment management, budgeting, G/L, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory control. * Managed banking relationships including securing a $5.5 million asset-based line of credit. * Generated $1.2 million in cash flow from inventory reductions and process improvements. * Member of bargaining team for successful contract negotiation with the Steelworkers Union.
