As a Key Account Manager at K-Link, I specialize in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they get the most value from our cloud-based communication solutions. - Responsible for inviting guests to attend a personal preview of virtual presentation and offer a discounted holiday discovery package from Anantara Vacation Club.

- Under the Producer’s supervision, assist with managing productions from design to delivery. - Maintain timely and accurate updates on production. - Work closely with the producer and director, attend and take notes at various project meeting sessions. - Distribute notes to the appropriate staff; communicate and monitor the progress of each project. Responsible for tracking the key milestones of the custom animation schedule and monitoring the progress of the project through various tools such as Horus, google spreadsheet and shotgrid. - Manage files in/out. - Liaison with external vendors and clients.

- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. - Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. - Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. - Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products, company’s website for spare part function and services for Thailand and Laos market. - Purchase & stock control. - Work with engineering team to coordinate equipment repairs and ship replacement parts to customers
