My career began early within Varspe, the company my father founded in 1963. Growing up in such a long-standing business allowed me to develop a profound and comprehensive understanding of what it truly means to lead an enterprise, experiencing every facet from the inside. My professional evolution took place entirely on the ground: I have held roles across every business area, starting from the most basic operational tasks to the most complex management responsibilities. This cross-functional journey has given me an intimate knowledge of every "cog in the machine," fostering solid and authentic technical and decision-making expertise. I have led the business through the most critical periods of recent economic history: from the 2008 global financial crisis to the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the delicate transition of generational succession. In each of these phases, I successfully adapted to market shifts, ensuring company continuity and stability even during times of peak uncertainty. These experiences have forged my strong resilience to high-pressure situations and a natural aptitude for problem-solving. Today, I bring to Varspe a unique blend of family tradition, strategic vision, and a proven ability to thrive under pressure—ready to face future challenges with the determination of someone who knows how to turn difficulties into growth opportunities.
