As the Manager of Global Talent for Youth, I'm responsible for matching Portuguese youth with our global professional internships. I'm mainly responsible for: - Managing the development and sales of Global Talent in long-term duration, for youth; - Managing the standard operating procedures to approve the potential candidates for our opportunities; - Managing my team of 4 people that enables the selection process of these students, so they can get approved in a professional opportunity.

AIESEC is a global youth run movement, aiming for the achievement of peace and humankind's potential, through our exchange experiences. As a Recruitment Coordinator for Global Talent in Lisboa ISCTE, one of our local offices in Portugal I'm responsible for matching portuguese youth with our professional internships, while managing the international recruitment process for young students that want to gain professional experience abroad. We are currently recruiting in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing and Engineering areas! I'm mainly responsible for: - Managing the development and sales of Global Talent in long-term duration, for youth; - Managing the standard operating procedures to approve the potential candidates for our opportunities; - Attract and recruit students between 18 to 30 years old for our opportunities abroad. - Ensuring our portuguese candidates fulfillment of the requirements of our professional internships, choosing the best opportunities for their profiles.
