My first contact with HR systems and structured processes — and where I started understanding how systems support people (and not the other way around). • Supported projects related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors • Gained exposure to HR processes and system implementation • Worked alongside teams to understand how systems translate into day-to-day operations A small role, but a great introduction to how structured systems can shape the way teams work.

Where I learned how complex (and messy) operations can get when multiple teams and resources are involved. • Coordinated resource allocation across different business areas • Worked closely with internal teams and external partners (outsourcing) • Managed availability, workload and time tracking of resources This is where I first saw how important visibility and organization are — especially when everything is moving at the same time.
