Responsible for directing and strategizing the organization's immigration and mobility programs on a global scale, including: Immigration Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive immigration and mobility strategy to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while meeting the needs of the organization and our employees. Policy Development: Creating and updating immigration and mobility policies that align with business goals and legal requirements, and ensuring consistent application across the organization. Vendor Management: Collaborating with external service providers, such as immigration law firms and/or relocation companies, to facilitate visa applications, work permits, and employee relocations. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring the company complies with immigration laws in various countries and managing potential risks associated with global mobility. Employee Support: Providing guidance and support to employees going through international assignments, including visa and work permit applications, cultural integration, and relocation logistics. Cost Control: Managing the budget for immigration and mobility programs and finding cost-effective solutions for international assignments. Reporting and Analytics: Tracking and analyzing data related to global mobility to assess the success and efficiency of programs and identify areas for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with HR, legal, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and to address mobility-related issues.

• Prepare and submit various foreign government or federal agency forms and supporting documentation as required by the relevant government agencies • Provide main point of contact assistance to clients regarding immigration issues • Manage a variety of different caseloads on behalf of different clients • Provide technical advice to clients, assignees and third party vendors regarding correct legislation • Coordination of all administrative and legal operations regarding immigration matters for specific clients • Evaluate and counsel human resources and management regarding both short term and long term options available for candidates/employees. • Collaborate with inside counsel in filing immigrant and nonimmigrant cases • Prepare filing for visa applicants, preparing analysis, conducting recruitment and responding to foreign government inquiries; • Advise business unit HR Representatives, business manager and employees on company policy and Immigration regulations and requirements • Manage monthly and quarterly reports outlining the current visa status, fees to date and ongoing actions being performed • Develop and maintain clear time line deliverables for each case
