my role at woodbird is to manage the inspiration process with travels to other contries for inspiration, the inspiration is fueling the design process of the full collections. I do all the tech packs concerning each and every style. to make sure all the details, trimmings, measurements etc in the collections is as we want them. I communicate with the suppliers on a daliy basis and traveling once in a while to certain suppliers for talk and meet and learn. I manage deadlines and shaping of salesmen samples. I mange the pre production state of the collections. The end goal of all this is well thought garments in a well thought collection.

During my stay here at Woodbird I am managing inspiration and concept developments for upcoming seasons, I am developing whole collection through process based designing with focus on commercial and fashion related styles, this I am doing with the creative director of the brand, I am also traveling for production and setting up the production as well beforehand.
