With the Boomers I am the video producer, graphic designer, video board game day operator and a cold call ticket salesman.

As the marketing assistant in the Athletics department I was able to plan and execute preparation for gamedays. I had the opportunity to get experience preparing for the upcoming year creating a slogan and a theme. I also was able to oversee 4 graphic designers while creating print and electronic graphic projects.

Film games and practices, intercut film cameras, package content for coaching staff, assist in road video room setup, assist in gameday communication and equipment setup.

Log video, audio and games for the associate producers. Shadow professionals to learn and gain experience in the field. Work with editors to produce packages for the nightly shows. Work with camera operator to record the video element of a production. Work in the field providing information back to the station from a live location.

File paperwork in filing cabinets, communicate with university officials and students, frequently used Microsoft Word and email.

Promote safety in a building of 600 plus first year students, organize and execute programming for the building as well asy floor of 40 residents, communicate in a timely manner to supervisors, police, and professors.

Create graphics for the video board, run a camera to put live image on video board, work in the production room running replay, switcher, and graphics. Coordinated with Daktronics to solve any issues that happened during the season.

Work at a local park and lead games and activities for 100+ 9-12year olds. I have also lead field trips to various locations in Rockford.

Setup and operate the student run live broadcast of Western Illinois University Athletics. Direct five camera men and three commentators to get camera shots, information and public service announcements out to our viewers. As well as work other positions as needed. Received Honorable Mention for Director of Best Live Sports Production at Sports Video Group in Atlanta (2014)

The Schaumburg Boomers were established in 2012 and have since became a premiere franchise in the 12-team Frontier League, the longest running Independent baseball league in the country.In just four short years, the Boomers have made their mark in the Frontier League both on and off the field. They won two straight Frontier League championships in 2013 and 2014 and led the league in attendance in both 2014 and 2015 (up 30% overall since the inaugural 2012 season). Create video ideas, script videos, organize actors and interviews, creat motion graphics, produce videos for University Relations

Oversee everyday operations of graphic designers, Prepare and execute scripts and rundowns for game operations. Conduct interviews, shoot b-roll, produce in game video entertainment. Oversight of all video board content, logos, and game day experience. Work directly with a Division 1 athletics program.

I attended Western Illinois University first as a Theater Design Major. I transferred to Broadcasting second semester of my sophomore year. While in the Broadcasting Degree I was involved with News Production, and mainly Sports Production. I was involved with every sporting event that was done with a full production. On top of being involved in the department I was able to graduate from my undergrad in 3.5 years for a typical 4 year program. At graduation I was honored as the department scholar in which I had the highest graduating GPA in the Broadcasting Department
