I have been studying programming and computer science since I was 10. I have been developing professional for 10 years now. My favorite project I worked on, was for M.D.R.S. in the desert research center. A former boss, and good friend of my was the chief engineer of the project, along with the arctic mars HAB. The purpose of this project, is to invite scientist, of all fields from all over the world to partake in a simulation of a manned mission to Mars, to rid of all of the "kinks" of electrical, plumbing, computer sciences, and engineering. I met many fascinating, and talented people while helping at this facility. He is now running the Luna Project, and I hope to join that team someday. Regarding development, i have been doing web applications for about 9 year now. I am a full stack developer and i work with many technologies, but primarily C#, .NET, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS 3, and many front end libraries such as kendo and knockout. HP was working on a new technology called the HP Smart Start scripting toolkit. The project was for a 2500 server refresh project. These servers could be refreshed to Windows, RedHat, or VMWare running one or both. My job was to writre the code to automate the install process, for systems configuring to the clients specifications by the engineering team. When it was complete, the process was sending them a USB memory stick, with our code on it. The client would then plug in the memory stick into the production environment, and let it run until it completed. On completing, they would receive an email, and it was ready for production at that time. The process was almost 100% unattended install. They only needed to input a few answers into the intro splash screen, and our application did the rest.
