I'm never one to shy away from a challenge. Having been someone who worked their way up from the bottom, I value the strengths of those around me and help develop weaknesses into success. Being a servant leader who is strong, yet vulnerable to his staff is extremely important to me. I make decisions primarily based off of efficiency and empower my direct reports to make their own decisions based on what is in front of them. A company is at its strongest when they set transparent goals and allow everyone from top to bottom to share in that success and motivation. I've spent 5 years in the recycled rubber business as a supplier to the play and recreation industry, in which I have learned all about the procurement, production, supply chain and installation of large scale recreational construction. I am a student of countless training courses on organizational leadership, conflict resolution, safety and material planning. I have become proficient in all aspects of Office 365 as well as quickbooks and also dabble in graphic design, CAD and marketing.
