Oversee day to day operations of athletic fields maintenance, construction and renovations in central Florida. Currently managing a team of employees with 380 Acres of working accounts outfitted with Bermuda grass athletic fields. Schedule weekly meetings with potential and returning clients to create maintenance plans suited for each location and client needs/wants. Create proposal and costing for each potential project. Interview and hire team members with the desired experience and drive to create a successful environment. Lead safety meetings and trainings to insure team members are practicing up to date best practices and safety policies. Provide detailed performance reviews to support team members in the goal to create high quality athletic complexes.

Responsible of taking care of 6 acres of natural grass practice football fields, assisting in the stadium, and overseeing field painting equipment and duties.

Maintain the four different greenhouses by checking irrigation and cooling vents, watering plants, hauling trash, and pressure washing. Plant, prune, and fertilize the two rose gardens on campus. Spray weeds in and around the greenhouse and rose gardens.

Interned at historic Fenway Park for 3 months and was apart of every aspect of getting the field ready for games by dragging and watering the infield skin, repairing home plate, the mound, and bullpens to make sure they were safe and playable for the players. Major events I helped set up for were season ticket holder batting practice, The Jimmy Fund Foundation day on the field, corporate BP, recruitment combines, and concerts. Some of the major concerts were Pearl Jam, Dead and Company, Paul McCartney, and Zach Brown Band. Fenway had more concerts than any other MLB team has ever had, due to this we had to take extra care of the field and make sure it was aerated and watered as much as possible during the concert set up. I used machines such at the Air2G2 aerator, Toro Pro Core aerator, Allett C34 with interchangeable attachments such as reel mower blade, aerator, and brush. I have gained tremendous knowledge in taking care of a professional baseball field with this internship.

A horse ranch with 15+ acres of land where I was the head groundskeeper and performed all the duties the job entailed by mowing, edging, spraying weeds, trimming trees, picking up debris, cleaning out horse stalls, install and fix irrigation.
