Driving the conceptualization and visual development of the new NIO brand, dedicated to reshaping innovative future products for family and personal transportation.

Leading and managing design team. Directly reporting to Lab Director. Working with other senior designers and lead the development of concept generation. Inspire others to think laterally to evolve the big idea and design. Ensure that relevant team members are informed of overall scope of assignment and timing implications.

Focus on developing the brand building of XPENG in Europe, building a creative team for the company's expansion, and re-planning the company's visual brand image.

I was responsible for establishing the early international creative team at OPPO, setting the overall creative communication direction (mainly focused on video content), and handling the strategy, creative concepts, and aesthetic communication for special brand projects. I managed and guided various creative partnerships across different functional departments.

JL Design is a creative agency representing the cutting-edge creative talents of Taiwan. I serve as the Visual Director for a boutique independent studio in Shanghai. Leading a design team, my focus is on the rebranding of Chinese brands and the creation of touch-based dynamic graphics and video editing. I have also held roles as the Film Director and Art Director for CCTV9 channel, collaborating with artists. Additionally, I have collaborated with Netflix in Singapore on graphic arts, curated a series of theme-based art exhibitions for Shiseido's market launch in China, and contributed to channel packaging design projects, including those for the Golden Melody Awards and the Golden Horse Awards.

I transitioned from a designer to an MO-designer at the world-renowned advertising agency W+K Shanghai. I have contributed numerous creative projects for the company and for brands such as Nike, Samsung, and Corona.

Manage a new art department in the Shanghai area. Recruit and work with local and global designers to recruit suitable arts management talent and form new local teams for major cities in Asia.

Started working as a graphic designer in the office of Grass Jelly, Taiwan's most avant-garde director studio. Later, he was promoted to senior designer and engaged in various aspects of design creativity, graphic design, MV storyboarding and video art production.
