Founder of the consulting company Activator Group with many years of distinctive experience within the field of executive management. Former officer and major in the Danish Defense Command and have been in charge of various UN missions in some of the world’s hot spots. Worked as Chief of Personnel at the Thule Air Base in Greenland, and have many years of experience as CEO and partner in Search & Selection and Consulting companies. Core competencies include development and strategic management of organizations in Denmark and internationally, where I have carried out several large organizational development projects. Have developed a unique simulation tool that allows organizations to simulate and test their opportunities and challenges in a real-life scenario which creates a realistic visualization of both the adaptability and strengths and weaknesses within the organization. Certified in several personal profiling tools and specialized in using these tools to create personalized development courses for individuals and groups. Extensive experience in development, planning and execution of national and international training processes on all levels. In 2007 supplemented practical knowledge with a Masters degree in Executive Management from the prestigious INSEAD in France. Author of the book ‘My life with Leadership – in war and peace’ and often invited to attend events to give speeches on Management and Leadership and how to obtain results even in tough conditions and times of crisis.
