Carri has worked at a 4A agency, assisting Fortune 500 companies in developing cross-border marketing strategies and implementing digital transformations. At 2020, he joined a marketing technology startup as a founding member, and four years later, the firm was sold to a Hong Kong-listed company. Carri is also a book author, columnist and public speaker. He co-published a book named "The Power of Adversity" with a group of CUHK EMBA and PolyU DBA alumni and has been invited to present insights at more than 100 institutions, associations, and media outlets.
