Projects: $$MM Performed all phases of project bidding, material order/deliveries, Multi Site Field Work Supervision, and Trade Coordination for Interior Construction on Residential, Commercial and Mutli-Million Dollar Multi Housing Community Projects. Additional Daily Duties included but not limited to: Budgeting T & L and Materials, Read/Understand blueprints, Proposal Preparations, Contract Negotiations, RFP's, RFI 's, Co's, Punch-Outs, Close-Outs, Daily logs, Time sheets, Invoices, Safety Records, Estimating Labor Management: Multi-Site QC , Scheduling, Training, Conduct, Attend Safety & Progress Meetings Additionally performed Contractor's duties as necessary.
