Carrie Moak

I’ve been running plant operations in the title industry for almost two decades, and what drives me is keeping things efficient, accurate, and people focused. Over the years I’ve helped cut turnaround times, managed our multi-million dollar escrow account, and kept our team steady, even through national downturns when others were in the industry were reducing staff. I love taking complex or dry topics and making them easier to understand, whether that’s through training, tackling difficult title, or even writing emails that our underwriters actually enjoy reading. Outside of work, I've taken on leadership roles in my community, by serving as Chamber of Commerce President and completing a local leadership program. I've also been there for my employees in tough moments, helping them find the support they need while still feeling safe and valued at work. While I’m extremely proud that our company has been chosen as a 'Favorite Title Company' multiple years in a row, what matters most is creating a workplace where people feel supported, customers trust us, and the work gets done quickly and correctly.
