Set up of pricesheets and needed components to track sales and properly code categories to the general ledger. Kit items correctly for inventory reporting and control. Utilize salesforce to communicate with outlying branches and salesforce reporting for various accounts and customer information. Monthly aging report of sales and customer accounts. Troubleshoot and reconcile accounts based on reports. Customer billings and account collections. Mindful of monthly closing dates and completion of A/R duties for month end. Assist Payroll, Human Resources, and Company Controller as needed.
