My achievements and community involvement positively affect change towards the reduction of barriers for people with disabilities in work, education, sport, and life. I have 25+ years of experience in the assistive technology and accessibility industries as a needs assessor, technology specialist, and manager. I have designed and implemented equity-based service models nation-wide that represent the needs of diverse and marginalized people, to maximize participation and inclusion. My tenacious and inspiring leadership creates champions who are self-aware, engage in continued learning, motivated and understand excellence for the sustainability of self and team outcomes.
