* I manage the unsecured credit risk, consumer and commercial, (personal loans, current accounts, credit cards and small business banking) groups at process benchmarking ltd, the UK's leading specialists on providing credit risk management and benchmarking consultancy. * We provide quantitative and qualitative (best practice) benchmarking services within the Financial Services sector, allowing organisations to compare their performance against their peers. This helps them to align their strategies by being able to identify areas where they can improve their processes to better achieve their goals. * As a Principal Consulatant, my responsibilities include: * Team management * Managing numerical and best practice benchmarking across the unsecured groups * Detailed analyses of client portfolios * Presenting key insights to senior managers * Writing detailed agendas and minutes from our large best practice meetings * Designing new initiatives and projects to continually improve and enhance our benchmarking services.

* Pet Brands is Europe's industry leader, designer and manufacturer of accessories and treats for pets and wild birds, with an international customer base and portfolio of big hit brands. * My responsibilities included: * Brought the out of date financial system up to date and maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers. * Fully supported the accountant and Managing Director by providing the information required to manage a tight cash flow. * Assisted in the project management of a rapid implementation of a new accounting system, Iris Exchequer, to use it within 3 months. * Assisted in the training of members of staff on how to use Exchequer and post implementation was responsible for support and problem solving. * Designing reports and forms for use throughout the company, to improve accuracy, efficiency and automation. * Liaising with external IT consultants throughout the project.

Forresters (previously Forrester Ketley & Co) advise clients on the sort of IP protection they require for their product or service. I assisted the Project Manager in implementing two systems that, firstly, enabled financial control to be restored and, secondly, input a new bespoke Jobs, WIP & Billing system. I was heavily involved in the testing of these systems as well as the training of the staff to help them transition through this period of change.
