AV technician for conferences, operating video projection, lighting, sound, recording and other technical requirements for various client events held in Queens' College's Fitzpatrick Hall.

Created a desktop program and associated server using C# and WPF, working as part of a small team using agile methodology. Also used some HTML and CSS for the front-end website.

Undertook rotations in Structured Credit: Risk Trading and in Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions: UK Corporate Banking Coverage. Modelled exotic swaps using in-house tools, conducted research on a client's market segment, put together a comprehensive presentation as a resource to inform clients about a topic. I also prepared and delivered presentations to a panel of assessors on the factors behind the price of gold and on capital-raising advice to a hypothetical CEO.

Undertaking research in mathematical logic, supervised by Professor John Truss. Areas of interest include homogeneous structures, set theory and model theory. Teaching experience with first and second year students applying Python to mathematical problems. Peer Assisted Learning Co-ordinator for 2016-7. Organiser of British Postgraduate Model Theory conference 2017. Attended conferences including The Role of the Higher Infinite in Mathematics and Other Disciplines in Cambridge, Winter School in Abstract Analysis in Czech Republic, Young Set Theory in Copenhagen, Model Theory of Finite and Pseudofinite Structures in Leeds, Logic Colloquium 2016 in Leeds.

Masters project titled Applications of Strongly Compact Cardinals. Masters year courses: Combinatorics, Commutative Algebra, Computability and Logic, Local Fields, Model Theory, Probabilistic Combinatorics, Topics in Set Theory. The first three years formed the undergraduate portion of the course, qualifying me for the BA with grade 2.i. My third year courses were Algebraic Geometry, Coding and Cryptography, Graph Theory, Linear Analysis, Logic and Set Theory, Number Fields, Number Theory, Topics in Analysis. I also completed eight programming based coursework projects in MATLAB on assorted mathematical topics during my second and third years. Activities and Societies: Co-edited Eureka, the journal of the Archimedians student mathematics society in 2013-14. Webmaster for BATS Amateur Theatrical Society in 2012-13, and provided technical support to productions throughout my time at Cambridge. Regular member of Jiu Jitsu society and Queens' college chess society and assisted in teaching new members and promoting the society in both cases.
