My experiences as a Realtor in the past 12 years have helped me develop skills in all areas of Real Estate. I've represented Sellers from distressed short sales to multi-million dollar properties. Some of my skills have been acquired thru the designations I have achieved. One of them being CNE, a Certified Negotiations Expert, which is a huge asset to both Sellers and Buyers. Some of the many Buyers I've represented have been in the market for various reasons. Many are investors who rely on my skills and knowledge in the market place to assist them in their investment purchases. Other Buyers have ranged from first time home buyers to the experienced home buyer purchasing in the High End market. My skills and other designations that I have achieved over the years have benefitted not only my Buyers and Sellers, but assisted in my growth in this business as well. Having the right skills, knowledge and broad RE experience have helped me to achieve the position of the top 3 producers in my company in 2015.
