* Assist is recruitment and hiring employees * Conduct orientation, trained and help develop employees in execution of daily tasks * Creates weekly work schedule * Oversees proper pricing of merchandise and ensure all price changes are made. * Coordinate the flow of merchandise on the sales floor. * Maximize sales and measure sales performance on a daily basis by reference to class sales reports from year prior on same day. * Handled incoming and outgoing inquires from customers and employees * Responsible for transmitting weekly business reports to corporate staff * Obtain weekly sales goal * Process and submitted payroll to corporate staff * Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

* Oversees the daily operations of the ministry * Assists senior and associate pastors with daily tasks * Help to resolve internal and external issues as it relates to the ministry. * Issue internal and external written notifications in association with members and non-members * Distribute requested supporting documentation and correspondence to board members and pastoral staff * Organize annual conferences and meetings.
