Strategic transformation and governance leader in regulated banking, driving global teams and impactful growth initiatives: - Spearheaded strategic expansion, - Led Paris office transformation and opened a new branch in Belgium, - Oversaw ECB facility access and regulatory transitions, - Directed Crisis Management for France and Belgium, - Supervised compliance, finance, risk, and IT functions with full regulatory engagement, - Appointed legal representative (Dirigeant Effectif) for 3 branches, - Chaired key Controls and Management Committees.

- Build the European equity franchise following the acquisition of Lehman, - Coordinate engagement within capital markets structure: investment banking, fixed income and equity, - Contribute significantly to the ECM (Equity Capital Markets) franchise (inc. numbers of IPO wins), - Initiate and coordinate roadshows: meetings with Government economic agencies and top-level management of Global listed companies.
