Leadership: I lead and motivate my team of 15 collaborators to achieve project goals. Risk Management: I conduct risk assessment for the project, including those related to cultural and communication aspects, during the initial analysis process. Additionally, in post-launch support, I handle incident ticket management and bug fixes in the application. Problem Solving: I can resolve issues quickly and effectively, from conflicts among team members to situations that impact delivery progress. Decision Making: I am proactive in making informed and strategic decisions for the project, such as changes in team composition or project scope.  Coach Equipment team and Supply planning team on how to integrate Agile values and principles;  Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g. PI Planning, Retrospective, Team Sync, Iteration Review, Iteration Planning, Coach sync and Refining) and ensure full team engagement;  To address dependencies the team has with other teams and build team ownership for cross-team collaboration;  Shield teams from external interference to achieve optimal functionality and productivity;  Anticipate and address teams potential or existing impediments (Risk analysis);  Drive teams to improve continuously its health and ability to deliver value to the customer (planning the following sprints and avoid carry overs);  Foster teams collective responsibility and accountability (Team building / Safe environment);  Manage interdependencies between Agile teams.
