Caroline Wong

Caroline is the Principal Officer and Senior Director of TMF Labuan. She has been promoting and administering Labuan structures in the Labuan IBFC ever since joining TMF Group 15 years ago. Currently, she oversees the entire operations of TMF Labuan and heads the Trust and Corporate Solutions business. She started her profession in corporate governance and secretarial practices in a leading corporate secretarial firm in Malaysia over 20 years ago. Prior to joining TMF Group, she was Chartered Secretary in public listed companies in Malaysia. Caroline is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK (ICSA), a Chartered Secretary (ACIS) with the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and a Trust Officer approved by the Labuan Financial Services Authority. She is also a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner and member of STEP since 2015.
